Family with children perfect getaway
The staff were not just friendly, they were incredibly accommodating! One tall gentleman from housekeeping even gave us some great tips about the local attractions, which made our day perfect.
It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny for the experience.

We had a sweet stay, the breakfast was a treat! But the tight parking was a right pain, had to squeeze in like a Tetris game.

Spacious and clean rooms designed for comfort.
Our experience was quite unsettling. The initial room given to us was nonexistent, leading to a frustrating hunt around the hotel. When we finally reached our room, it felt unsafe due to narrow stairs without railing, and the decor was bland, leaving much to be desired. Despite the staff's prompt response in providing a new room, the overall experience felt far from a desirable hotel stay.

Efficient check-in process made arrival easy.
Our room cleanliness was disappointing and not satisfactory. The bathroom had a broken lamp which felt unsafe. I experienced a lack of attention from staff regarding my room assignment, which affected my overall comfort.

We stayed in a lovely big room that had recently been refurbished. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable with a seating area that was perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was definitely one of the best we have experienced, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was ideal, only a 15-minute walk from the train station and near several charming bars and restaurants.
Bathroom towels could have been bigger.

The breakfast at Dukes' was amazing! A wide spread with plenty of options, so many that I had a hard time choosing every morning. I enjoyed the charming quiet side street location, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and responsive, especially when I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. they fixed it quickly. The room itself was comfortable, but I noticed some plumbing issues. The bathroom had a persistent sewer smell that took away from the experience. This was disappointing, especially considering the room rates. I had a good time, but the plumbing definitely needs addressing.
